Thank you very much for the reports on the mystery diner program that you recently undertook for us on our restaurant and café operations. They have been tremendously helpful in identifying areas of concern and putting remedial action in place.
The quality and detail of your report was excellent and we have utilized them in our management meetings and as a measure against which we conduct our own in house assessments.
I would like to conduct another visit by you in the month of June with a view to undertaking this process every three months. I feel this will give us continuous, objective and professional feedback which will benefit the overall quality of our guest's experience.
